Verizon Fios Series Update
The Verizon Fios Series was originally scheduled to commence today with the TL Granite State 200. However, several drivers raised concerns regarding the performance disparity between the Ford cars and other vehicles on the track, citing that the Fords were significantly faster.
Practice Session Extension
As a result of these complaints, the practice session was extended by over 15 minutes to allow drivers additional time to practice and developers to fix the issue with the setups .
Vote on Race Continuation
There was also a vote regarding whether to proceed with the race today. The outcome revealed a majority against the race, with 59% voting no and 41% voting yes.

Event Postponement
Due to these developments, Spring Motorsports' owner, who also serves as one of the stewards of the VRA, decided to postpone the event entirely. Consequently, the schedule has been pushed back by one week.

Driver Disqualification
Gokan: Disqualified at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Division 2 for his actions during the final lap of the Season 7 Fios Series race. As a result, @Gokan will receive 0 points for the race.

Subsequent Suspension
Following the Verizon Cup Series race, Gokan will be suspended from the next Fios Series race at New Hampshire. However, he has since left the server entirely.
Driver Signings Update
In the latest developments within the racing community, several notable driver signings have taken place:
Jaybar: The driver who previously competed for Smithsport in the Fios Series has made a return, now piloting the number 16 car for Amica AGD Racing.
Crown: The Verizon Cup Series driver faced disqualification at Pocono due to racing with an expired contract. His start has been voided, and he has since signed with his own team, Koimoshi Motorsports, for a total of 8 races.
